Super AI Chat is operated by a company outside the European Union and we currently have a very small number of users in the EU (approximately 100 users). Based on GDPR Article 27, which requires non-EU companies to appoint an EU representative when processing personal data of EU users, we have determined that this requirement does not apply to us at this time due to the small scale and incidental nature of EU user data processing.
